- This apartment was completely renovated in 2009.

- A nicely decorated open kitchen with microwave oven, oven, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, mixer, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary cooking equipment. Nothing is missing.
- All beds have decent new mattresses, there are plenty of pillows, blankets and duvets available. The mattress protectors on the spot must always be used.
- Sheets and pillowcases must be brought or rented on site.
- A spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
- The living room opens onto a terrace which can be enlarged by opening the accordion sliding window, side view on the sea and the mountains behind it.
- Behind the apartment building there is possibly a possibility to rent a closed parking space.
- A supermarket “Spar” is situated at the back of the building, so you never have to walk far to get groceries.
- At the front there is only a walking embankment, without car traffic, and the connecting beach so that this is also very safe for smaller children, with a fine sandy beach which gets very slowly deeper.
- One large bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) + separate a 1 bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m each) and a bunk bed (bottom 1.40 m x 2.00 m, top 0.90 m x 2.00 m)

- Accessibility: There are several airlines that fly either Valencia or Alicante: Calpe is actually located in the middle of these two cities in terms of distance so that both destinations are possible: Low cost airlines are Vueling, Ryan Air, or TUI.
